Progress Center
The Progress Center is a 59,000 square foot building with labs, clean rooms, offices, open work areas, and executive suites for lease. Gross lease terms conveniently vary between three to five years with rates of $17 to $20 per square foot. Services and amenities include janitorial, maintenance, and secure control of access, conference rooms, fiber optic communications lines from several providers, and 3-Phase electric service.

Progress One in the Park
Progress Buildings: One, Two, and Three

UF Sid Martin Biotechnology Incubator (SMBI)
SMBI is a specialized, restricted program available to bioscience companies that have or have the potential to establish a relationship with the University of Florida. Companies apply for admission and are subject to a review process. Most companies admitted to the program are licensing UF technology. The incubator facility features $1 million of shared equipment other business and scientific resources. Visit the SMBI website for more information.
Other Lease Space

Building
Companies also have the option to build facilities to suit their specialized needs, which they can then lease or purchase.
