Progress Center Property Owner’s Association, Inc. (PCPOA)

PCPOA is a not-for-profit organization whose members are the property owners in Progress Center Property Owner’s Association, Inc. PCPOA’s board of directors is elected by the membership and is managed by an independent property management company, Burgess Management Services, LLC. The Association’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of the common areas, the road right of ways, maintenance of Park signage, filing of required reports and overseeing the enforcement of Restrictive Covenants as well as Design and Development Guidelines.
